Private Event Rentals
Liquid State is housed in a 1904 building with original historic features and our walls are filled with rotating local art. The space is warm, inviting, and versatile. We are able to accommodate up to 40 seated guests and up to 60 guests for a cocktail style party. The space would be ideal for birthdays, engagements or company holiday parties.
The event space rental fee for a private event, including 2 staff members to work the event is $200 per hour for 3 hours. Each additional hour is $150.
Guests are required to purchase alcohol from our venue. Beer and wine are available. Price of beer and wine are based on quantity and type purchased.
Additional costs may include food from a caterer of your choice and rentals from an outside vendor for linens, additional decor items, and formal china if desired.
